RGA-2026-DES-01-SNAPI: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Incentives

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services ("Department") is accepting applications to this Request for Grant Applications (“RGA” or “solicitation”) from qualified Applicants to provide Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) incentives to SNAP recipients in New Hampshire incentivize the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients in New Hampshire.

This funding is intended to supplement existing food and nutrition access programs in New Hampshire. Funding may only be utilized to provide a dollar-for-dollar match up to $20 per day to SNAP recipients residing in New Hampshire for fresh fruits and vegetables at participating SNAP Incentive Program vendors. Funding awarded under this RGA may not be utilized to support administrative or other costs. The Department anticipates awarding one Grant Agreement for the services in this solicitation.
