RGA-2025-DES-01-SNAPE: SNAP Employment &Training Grant Agreement

Division of Economic Security

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic Security (“Department”) is accepting applications to this Request for Grant Applications (“RGA” or “solicitation”) from qualified Applicants to provide approved Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment & Training (E&T) activities to SNAP E&T participants seeking career readiness services and training for high-wage, in-demand occupations. Selected Applicant(s) must utilize grant funding to provide Case Management services, Support services, and one (1) or more of the seven (7) allowable SNAP E&T components:

1. Supervised Job Search services;
2. Job Search Training services;
3. Job Retention services;
4. Career and Technical Education programs;
5. Basic/Foundational Skills Instruction;
6. English Language Acquisition programs; and/or
7. Work Experience programs.

Together, the required Case Management services and Support services, along with the seven (7) SNAP E&T components, are referred to as "SNAP E&T activities."

The Department anticipates awarding multiple Grant Agreements for SNAP E&T activities, based on need and available funding. Organizations seeking to apply must be a college, community-based organization, or an American Job Center.
