The renovation scope of this child care centre project includes the following: Renovations to a portion of the existing child care centre to provide a new infant play area, sleep room and washroom. Renovations to adjacent washrooms, staff room, mechanical room and storage spaces. Addition of new exterior door and relocated window. Structural, mechanical and electrical scope associated with the work noted above. New outdoor play area. |
