| Pre-Bid Meeting: | Mandatory Site Meeting: February 24, 2026, from 09:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Local Toronto time. The meeting will start at 9:00 AM first at Thornhill Pumping Station (1 Green Ln, Markham) and end at John Street Pumping Station (28 Rees Street, Toronto). Each meeting will be approximately 45 minutes. Exact timing for the second meeting at John St. Pumping station will be provided after the first meeting at Thornhill pumping station is concluded. (See Part 1 Section 1.6 for more information). |
