to pre-qualify operators for routes 3 (Horseshoe Bay to Gibsons), 4 (Fulford Harbour to Victoria – Swartz Bay), 6 (Salt Spring Island to Crofton), 8 (Horseshoe Bay
to Bowen Island), 18 (Powell River to Texada Island), 19 (Nanaimo Harbour to Gabriola Island), 20 (Chemainus-Thetis-Penelakut), 21 (Denman Island West to
Buckley Bay), 22 (Denman Island East to Hornby Island), 23 (Campbell River to Quathiaski Cove - Quadra Island), 24 (Heriot Bay – Quadra Island to Cortes
Island), 25 (Port McNeill to Malcolm Island (Sointula), 26 (Graham Island to Moresby Island) and 28a (McLoughlin Bay, Ocean Fals, Bella Coola, Shearwater)
