Project Description: The Allegheny County Department of Facilities Management and Department of Parks require consultant services in the disciplines of architectural and engineering services. Consultants are needed for various capital construction projects – new construction, renovations of existing County buildings, and various Parks projects. Because the County’s projects vary, the County intends to award contracts to firms that vary in size and specialty.
