RFSQ-3575 - Prequalification of ESCOs for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract

Project Description: This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) will be used to determine a short-list of Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) that will be selected to prepare and submit a Proposal for a guaranteed energy savings contract, in accordance with the requirements of the State of Pennsylvania’s Guaranteed Energy Savings Act 57 of 1998, 62 Pa. C.S.A §3751-3757, Act 77 of 2004,62 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 3752-3758, and Act 39 of 2010, 62 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 3751-3758 (together the "Act"). ESCOs should submit the required components for evaluation of their qualifications; this is not a Request for Proposals (RFP); therefore, a full proposal should not be submitted.
