Project Description: In accordance with Chapter 2254 Subchapter A of the Texas Government Code, Williamson County (County) is seeking qualified professionals for a pool solicitation that encompasses
planning, landscape architecture, architectural and engineering services with a registered architect, professional engineering, or registered professional land surveyor. This initiative aims to support various projects, including remodeling and new construction. We are seeking experts interested in providing planning, landscaping, architectural, and engineering design services, along with associated construction administration for the development of IDIQ design services contract for a PLAE Pool.
