RFSQ - Minor Directional Drilling Services - Service Upgrade Program
Synopsis:

See attached PreQualification documents - complete and email to pa1@saskenergy.com if interested in being considered for this bid list.

Scope of Work: To provide all labour and equipment to perform minor directional drilling services for the replacement of existing services (1/2” – 2”) to customers as identified by SaskEnergy as part of the Service Upgrade Program. SaskEnergy crews will be self-performing the service upgrade program but requires a Minor Directional Drilling services contract for directional drilling and related services as may be identified and required in relation to this work.

The majority of the work is to take place in well-established residential areas within Regina and Saskatoon where access/space is limited (i.e. back alleys, lanes, backyards etc.). Locations outside of Regina and Saskatoon may be required from time to time.

For the Regina Area the Contractor is expected to provide boring to support a minimum of 4 small SaskEnergy Crews at contract start date.The contractor would supply a minimum of 1 crew consisting of 2 men with the possibility of 2 crews with 2 men to keep up to SaskEnergy crews.

For the Saskatoon Area the Contractor is expected to provide boring to support a minimum of 4 large SaskEnergy Crews at contract start date.The contractor would supply a minimum of 1 crew consisting of 2 men with the possibility of 2 crews with 2 men to keep up to SaskEnergy crews.
