In accordance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals and/or firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of a 20-inch sanitary sewer force main crossing the Halifax River at Dunlawton Avenue, and for the construction of a 16-inch water main crossing the Halifax River at Fleming Avenue.
