This requirement is to supply Cat ® DEO-ULS SAE 15W40 API CK-4 lubricating oil to the Department of National Defence as and when requested by the Identified User.

This procurement encourages Offerors to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. See the solicitation document for a description of the specific IPP criteria that will be assessed for this procurement, and an explanation of how they will be evaluated.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is committed to promoting the procurement of environmentally preferable plastic products and the reduction of plastic packaging waste as per the Greening Government Strategy: A Government of Canada Directive, the Government of Canada actions on plastic waste in federal operations, and the Ocean Plastics Charter. Offerors are encouraged to use environmentally preferable packaging for all packaged goods to be delivered to the end user as part of this procurement.
