RFSB No. 226017 – Three Cruiser Builds
Sealed proposals for Three Cruiser Builds – Augusta Police Department will be received by
the Development Services Department, Augusta City Center, 16 Cony Street, Augusta, Maine
04330 no later than Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 2 p.m. at which time they will be publicly
opened and read aloud.
Proposals shall be submitted on the attached form in sealed envelopes, plainly marked “RFSB
226017 – Three Cruiser Builds – Augusta Police Department” will prior to the date and hour
specified for bid opening and shall be addressed to the purchasing agent at the above address.
Telephone, facsimile, or Email RFSB’s will not be accepted. Prices quoted shall be valid for
sixty days following the RFSB opening.
The project must be completed no later than May 1, 2026. It is the custom of the City of Augusta
to pay its bills within 30 days following receipt of bills for all items covered by the purchase
order.

The City encourages women and minority-owned businesses to submit RFSBs. The City of
Augusta reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFSBs or any portion thereof, or waive
any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Except as otherwise required by
law or as specifically provided to the contrary herein, the award of this RFSB shall be governed
by the City's purchasing ordinance.
