Sealed proposals, addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Development Services Office-1st Floor, City Center, 16 Cony Street, Augusta, Maine 04330, and endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the Bidder, Contractor Name and Bid Number #226026 will be received by the Purchasing Agent until 2:30 pm o’clock (prevailing time) on Friday, April 3, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Telephone, email, telegraph, or facsimile Bids will not be accepted. No Bids will be accepted after the above stated time and date.

Outline of Work: The City is requesting bid proposals for architectural and engineering services to layout and design new public works building(s) at the present location of the existing facility. The existing facility has a range of buildings, some of which are newer and are expected to remain, while others are well beyond their useful life and need to be replaced with modern facilities to serve current and future needs for the Public Works Department and users of the site.
