The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) and the State Office for Pharmacy Services (SOPS) are issuing this Request for Responses (RFR) to solicit proposals from qualified bidders to provide pharmacy management and staffing services.
The new pharmacy service contract will be awarded to one successful bidder and will start on July 1, 2026 (beginning of FY 2027), following a 120-day (starting March 1, 2026) transition period.
