RFQuote 25-13 Holiday Decorations at Designated HCC Campuses

Project Description: HCC is seeking proposals for the installation, removal and maintaining of Holiday Decorations at designated HCC campuses. The awarded vendor shall install, remove, store, and maintain all holiday decoration items resulting from the award of this Request for Quote.
The services to be provided by the vendor may include other designated Houston Community College locations in the future. The goal of this solicitation is to establish a contract for leasing holiday decorations, with installation, removal, storage, and maintenance services. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors.
All proposals submitted by vendors shall be for Christmas-themed holiday decorations.
All vendors shall install the holiday decoration equipment at the Central Campus, and South Campus locations by November 3, 2025, and remove them on December 19, 2025, store the items, and maintain their quality.
