Project Description: Houston City College System (“HCC and/or the “College”) is soliciting Statements of Qualification from qualified firms specializing in Government Relations, legislative advisory, policy consulting and strategic advocacy services (“Professional” or “Professionals”).
The purpose of this request is to allow HCC to provide these professional services while remaining in compliance with applicable state and federal procurement laws, regulations, and requirements. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors.
