The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting statement of qualifications (each a “Qualifications”) for the selection of a construction manager to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the construction of the (Student Center North Expansion) (the “Project”) on the University of Houston’s main campus.  This is the first step of the two-step process, the second step being a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).

A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2025 @ 3:00 PM CT via Zoom.   Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification.  Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link and are strongly encouraged to register at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of scheduled pre-submittal meeting:
