REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Town of Acton is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified firms, capable of operating and maintaining the Acton Wastewater Treatment Plant, Pump Stations & Collection System in compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be obtained from the Acton Department of Public Works Department, 14 Forest Road, Acton, MA 01720 ( For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. ) on or after Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

A site visit and non-mandatory informational meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, 20 Adams Street, Acton, MA 01720.  Attendance is strongly advised for this important session.

Sealed, Responses to the RFQ are to be submitted to the office of the Director of Public Works, Department of Public Works, 14 Forest Rd, Acton, MA 01720, no later than Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM.

The proposer agrees that this proposal shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the proposal deadline.

The Town of Acton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive minor informalities, and to make the award as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
