Notice is hereby given that the Harrison County Utility Authority will receive proposals until 10:00 A.M. (CDT) on January 14, 2026, for the following:

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

WATER MAIN AND SEWER PROJECTS

ENGINEERING SERVICES

Proposals are invited for engineering services necessary to perform:

The design for water and sewer projects throughout Harrison County.

Contract Documents, including the Facility Plans and Technical Specifications, are on file at the Office of Harrison County Utility Authority, Gulfport, Mississippi. Official proposal documents can also be downloaded from www.hcua-msbids.com or www.phbidding.com. Proposals can be submitted at Harrison County Utility Authority located at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503. Bidder will be liable for any and all costs related to downloading electronic files, ordering hard copies, or costs otherwise related to obtaining documents and / or submitting bids/proposals. Any questions regarding the proposal submittal should be directed to Sam Broom and be sent by email to sbroom@hcua-ms.us.

Harrison County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals or to waive any informalities in the bidding.

Proposals will be ranked and used to contract engineering firms for the projects listed in the RFQ.
