2026 WATER FACILITIES PLAN UPDATE

The City of Lewiston, Idaho is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional engineering services to update the 2026 Water Facilities Plan Update.

The full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document is available on the City's website, www.cityoflewiston.org under "Bid Opportunities."

Responses will be accepted until 2:00 PM (PDT) on August 19, 2025. Submit (5) five complete proposals as well as (1) one complete electronic copy.  Clearly mark the outside mailing envelope with the engineering firm’s name and address and "RFQ-25-018, 2026 Water Facilities Plan Update”

The City of Lewiston, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 US.
