RFQ: Utility Coordination Services

CITY OF CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR UTILITY COORDINATION SERVICES

The City of Casa Grande is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to provide one (1) Utility Coordination Services (Consultant) to assist City Staff with utility coordination efforts related to Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects and other Public Works initiatives.

The selected Consultant will provide technical expertise and coordination support to help streamline project delivery, minimize conflicts within the public right-of-way, and ensure that all utility-related activities are completed efficiently and in alignment with City policies and Public Works objectives.

Each response shall be in accordance with the SOQ instructions and scope of the work package on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. Copies can be obtained by calling the City Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600 or downloading a complete packet at the City's website: www.casagrandeaz.gov.

All responses must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. on June 23, 2026 to the City Clerk, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. The responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section Five (5) of the SOQ.

The City of Casa Grande reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in this Statement of Qualifications solicitation or to reject any or all responses; to be the sole judge of the suitability of the services and materials offered, and to award a contract for the furnishing of the services it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
