    RFQ #26-0616-01 Unified Development Ordinance Phase 2 Questions
    1. There was an addendum posted after phase 1 due date – does the signed
    acknowledgement need to be attached with the phase 2 submittal? Yes
    2. How much time is allocated to each team for the Interviews on August 21, 2026? If
    we would like to make a presentation, please confirm which AV equipment will be
    provided onsite. 45 minutes, A Vibe Board with a USB hook up is available
    3. Will there be time allocated for Q & A? Yes
    4. Is the Funding outlined (up to $200,000) inclusive of reimbursable expenses? Yes,
    this includes all costs.
    5. Regarding potential annexation areas, has the City identified specific
    unincorporated areas suitable for annexation, or is the Consultant required to
    include that as part of this scope of work? Not formally, but we are looking for the
    consultant to assist with identifying areas that are most logical and the types of
    land use that would be appropriate.
    6. Are there any existing Annexation Agreements with Laurens County pursuant to
    the Fair Annexation Act? No
    7. Will the City provide access to GIS layers and parcel data information? We have
    limited GIS layers available. Our current zoning map and future land use map
    are maintained by our regional commission, which receives parcel data from
    the County (updated every few years).
    8. Are there any existing JPA’s with Laurens County? No
    9. The Tasks on page 5 include “Prepare multiple drafts of the UDO for review and
    comment.” Does the City have a minimum number of drafts required for
    consideration? Hard copies are not required.
    10. The RFQ does not appear to specify how proposals should be received.
    Could you confirm whether hard copies are required, and if so, how many? Hard
    copies are not required.
    11. Should we plan to submit our response electronically via email? Finalists’
    responses may be emailed to sawyerd@dublinga.org .
