Description:

The City of Anacortes (City) is requesting qualification submittals from consultants to design a pocket park situated at the terminus of U Avenue, north of 2nd Street, and west of Pier #2, within the City of Anacortes.  The park design must consider access for existing homes, proposed landscaping, and other amenities as depicted in Conceptual Park Plan. The park should be completed within 12 months of the new outfall becoming operational and will be maintained by the City.
