RFQ - Traffic Control Planning & Design On-Call Services 2025-2027 for Non-Federal Aid - 2025066

The City of Spokane, through its Department of Engineering Services (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Proposals from Firms with expertise in construction phase traffic control planning, permanent signing and striping and traffic signal/pedestrian hybrid beacon/lighting design, all in support of the City’s Engineering Services plans & specifications preparations associated with the City’s water, sewer and street projects.

This will be an on-call type contract for up to $200,000. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work that will be directed to the consultant as a result of the contract that will be awarded pursuant to this RFQ.
