RFQ Towing & Wrecker Services 2026

NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL TOWING AND WRECKER SERVICES

The City of Maumelle is requesting qualification submissions from interested parties for the purpose of establishing a wrecker rotation list. Companies listed on the wrecker rotation list will provide non-consent towing at the request of the City of Maumelle and towing service for the City of Maumelle in certain circumstances. All companies accepted to be placed on the wrecker rotation list must meet minimum requirements, execute a Towing Service Contract, and comply with all Contract Wrecker and Towing Service Rules and Regulations, all of which can be obtained from the City Clerk-Treasurer’s office.

Qualifications must be submitted to Ms. Tina Timmons, City Clerk-Treasurer, Maumelle City Hall, 550 Edgewood Drive, Maumelle, Arkansas 72113 no later than December 26, 2025, by 5:00 pm. Applicants who qualify to be on the 2026 wrecker rotation schedule will be contacted via email on December 30th, 2025.

Any amendments to the RFQ or Rules will be posted at City Hall or on the City’s website. It is the applicant’s responsibility to review the contract requirements in order to obtain all available information for this RFQ.
