RFQ to Provide Utility Professional Services

The City of Lynnwood Public Works Department (City) has prepared this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to retain an experienced and qualified engineering consulting firm(s) for specified professional services (Services) to complete the preliminary and design engineering phases, including all plan review coordination, and, possibly, services during construction. One (1) or more agreements may be awarded. The City will place on file all submitted Statement of Qualifications received from Washington State Certified Professional Engineer(s), or engineering firm(s), to perform work associated with project tasks.
