Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is inviting property management agents with affordable housing experience to submit a response to this request for qualifications (RFQ) to manage AHA’s multifamily portfolio, with an anticipated contract start date of September 1,2026. The RFQ covers all AHA owned and affiliated properties with additional proposed and in- development properties to be added in coming years. AHA expects to sign a contract for a 3-year period with two one-year renewal options.
