REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

64th Avenue South and South James Street                                Pavement Preservation PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS

The City of Kent solicits interest from professional consulting firms with expertise in administration and management of federally funded Public Works Construction Projects. This agreement will be a Negotiated Hourly Rate contract and is expected to be awarded in April 2026 and will be approximately 130 working days in duration with the option for the City of Kent to extend it for additional time and money if necessary.

Submittals shall be delivered and received to the City Clerk’s Office, 220 Fourth Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032-5895 no later than 3:00 p.m. (PST) on Thursday, March 12, 2026
