2. The City of Calgary is seeking the procurement of new sailboats to replace the current fleet at the Glenmore Sailing School.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, one (1) time for two (2) years each time. The potential total term length is three (3) years.
