The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is for Pinellas County (the County) to establish a contract for state-focused legislative monitoring and policy strategy, including agency and elected official policy recommendations, as well as securing legislative appropriations.

Prequalified Contractors may be invited to participate in presentations. The resulting contract will provide the County with State Governmental Relations Services, including but not limited to the development of legislative strategy, policy recommendations to agencies and elected officials, monitoring legislation and policy, securing appropriations, and advocating for legislation consistent with the County’s legislative program and priorities.
