RFQ and SOQ-General Contractors and Subcontractors-New Department of Public Works Building

The Town of Truro is seeking to pre-qualify General Contractors and Subcontractors for its "New Public Works Facility" project.  The project will include the following sub bid categories:  Masonry; Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron; Waterproofing, Damp proofing and Caulking; Metal Windows; Glass and Glazing; Tile; Acoustical Tile; Resilient Floors; Painting; Fire Protection; Plumbing; HVAC; and Electrical.
All application packages shall be submitted physically or by mail to Truro Department of Public Works no later than November 20th at 1:00pm.  All application packages shall be submitted physically or by mail to the Administration & Licensing Office, PO Box 2030, 24 Town Hall Road, Truro, MA 02666 ; Attention-Jarrod Cabral, DPW Director.
All interested parties must forward RFQ Form 1 prior to submission of the SOQ.  Complete submission requirements are found in the RFQ.
