The purpose of this solicitation for Snack Vendors for Storm Season
(this "Solicitation") is to qualify and select vendors to provide snack
and drink delivery services during a storm event as described in this
Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to
procure the Work. A hybrid model may be
negotiated with vendors that respond to the RFQ if it is deemed to be in JEA’s
best interest, which may include JEA performing some of the work and
supplementing with vendors.
