RFQ: Sanitary Sewer Extension to North Topsail WWTP

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION TO NORTH TOPSAIL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (WWTP)

ONWASA is working with multiple developers to provide sewer service to proposed light industrial, commercial and residential development in the Town of Holly Ridge area and convey to the ONWASA North Topsail WWTP. ONWASA desires to contract with a professional engineering firm and support services to design the extension of the sewer system to include two new duplex submersible pump stations that will operate in series through a total of approximately 57,000 linear feet of force main.

To serve the projects noted above, the two pump stations and approximately 57,000 LF of force main is planned to run from Camp Davis Industrial Park North on Highway 17 to East on Route 172 to South on Route 210 to the North Topsail WWTP.

Consulting engineering firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) and Proposal to the ONWASA to be received no later than 2:00 PM on December 5, 2024. Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered.

NC Certified HUB Vendors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.
