WCS LEGAL NOTICE - REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
RFQ #1417 SACC BASE CLUBS
Williamson County Schools (WCS) is currently accepting sealed qualifications from interested and qualified
vendors to provide engaging, high-quality after school enrichment at twenty-nine Williamson County
Elementary Schools for students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. Sealed qualification documents
must be mailed, or hand delivered to WCS Central Office, Purchasing Department, 1320 West Main Street,
Suite 202, Franklin, TN 37064, Attn: Amanda Waycaster. Sealed envelopes will be received
until Monday, August 17, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened. In the event WCS
must reschedule a bid opening date or time, the specifications obtained from the WCS Purchasing Department
shall reflect the actual date and time. Submissions will be time stamped for authenticity by WCS Purchasing
Department. Faxed or emailed qualification documents and sealed qualification envelopes received after the
specified opening time will not be accepted.
