Request for Quotes: The City of Tualatin is requesting quotes for the purchase and turnkey installation of a 12.5 Ton Packaged Rooftop Gas Heat & Electric Cooling Unit, more particularly described in the specifications available in the planholder documents. Please register for an account to view the requested specifications and terms. This is an informal solicitation and the City reserves the right to not award a contract and to reissue this Request for Quotes at a later date.
Criteria for Award: The City shall award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to negotiate modifications to the services requested in order to make the quote more advantageous to the City.
Submission of Quotes: Quotes will only be accepted before 4:00 pm on February 28, 2023, via email to bhoffman@tualatin.gov . Any quotes submitted after this time will not be considered.
Notice of Award: As this is an informal solicitation and ORS 279B.135 is inapplicable, the City may issue a Notice of Award immediately after determining the apparent lowest responsible bidder.
