RFQ26006404 |RIC Murray Center Condenser Replacement

Rhode Island College is seeking a vendor for the removal and replacement of the existing air-cooled condenser serving the mechanical systems at Rhode Island College Murray Center. The work includes demolition of the existing condenser unit, associated piping, insulation, valves, hangers, electrical components, and support hardware, as well as the furnishing and installation of a new air-cooled condenser sized and configured per the design drawings. New refrigerant piping insulation, electrical disconnects, conduit, wiring, and all necessary controls integration are required to deliver a fully functional installation. All work must comply with the applicable Rhode Island State Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Energy, and Fire Safety Codes listed on the cover sheet of the contract drawings. This is a rebid - there is no prebid.
