The Rhode Island Army National Guard is seeking vendors to construct a new 76,000 SF Aviation Readiness Center, a 4,00 SF auxiliary storage building, and supporting facilities. The MANDATORY pre-bid is 03/04/2026 at 10:00 am. LOCATION: Quonset Point Air National Guard Base, 1 Cripe street, (1 Minuteman Way) North Kingstown, RI 02852. The AASF is a secure location, and vehicles and personnel are subject to security check prior to being granted access to site. Meet at front gate after you enter. Make sure to have a copy of your license, registration and insurance information for your vehicle. Please wait for all parties to arrive before being escorted to the building. The site visits are 03/10/2026 at 10:00 am and 03/12/2026 at 10:00 am. Pre-registration for the site visit(s) is required to judith.ruggiero@purchasing.ri.gov.
