PROVISION OF ENGINEERING CONSULTATION SERVICES THE TOWN IN CONNECTION WITH ITS WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT SERVING PARK HILL, OLD ELLINGTON ROAD, HELENA DRIVE, ELAINE DRIVE AND WINDSORVILLE ROAD Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 am on July 7, 2025, in the Office of the First Selectman, Town Hall, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook, Connecticut 06016, at which place, and time said proposals shall be opened. Copies of Proposal Documents may be obtained on the Town of East Windsor Website at https://www.eastwindsor-ct.gov/invitations-bidrfps/pages/open-invitations-bidrfps. The Town of East Windsor, Connecticut reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, defect or irregularity in any or all bids if such action is in the best interests of the Town.
