Notice of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Various Professional Services

The Township of Marlboro is soliciting RFQs through a fair and open process in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.5 et seq. for the Design, Construction and Operation of an Indoor Recreation Center through the Redevelopment of Township-owned properties known as Block 151, Lot 4 and Block 150, Lot 9 located between Tennent Road (County Route 3) and State Highway Route 79.

Sealed proposals must be submitted to, and received by, the Township, to the attention of the Business Administrator by hand delivery or regular mail, by 4:00PM prevailing time on Thursday, May 28, 2026. To obtain RFQ package please visit https://www.marlboro-nj.gov/Notices.

Respondents shall comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27 et seq.
