The City of Powder Springs is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to examine the feasibility and provide design services related to the elimination of one or more railroad crossings within the city of Powder Springs and surrounding areas.
Questions about any aspect of the RFQ, or the project, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Kelly Axt, City Clerk, kaxt@powderspringsga.gov .
