RFQ #PWE-20251002 - TR095 (NHPP-1336(003)) & TR096 (NHPP-2004(087)) - TR095 (NHPP-1336(003)) Newport Way SW Pavement Preservation & TR096 (NHPP-2004(087)) NW Sammamish Road/SE 56th Street Pavement Preservation

The City of Issaquah Department of Public Works is procuring consultant services to provide design services for the Newport Way SW Preservation (NHPP-1336(003)) project and NW Sammamish Road / SE 56 th Street Pavement Preservation (NHPP-2004(087)) project. One consultant will be selected for both projects. These projects will have separate agreements for the design phase of each project. The City of Issaquah reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm for any subsequent phases associated with the projects. Newport Way SW Pavement Preservation Project: This project is located along Newport Way SW between W Sunset Way and Front Street S. The project will include pavement repair, milling, overlay, upgrading curb ramps, utility adjustments, and curb and gutter repair. This project is federally funded through WSDOT (Federal Aid number NHPP-1336(003)). City project number is TR095. The project is anticipating construction bidding in 2026. NW Sammamish Road/SE 56 th Street Pavement Preservation Project: This project is located along NW Sammamish Road/SE 56 th Street between 11 th Avenue NW and East Lake Sammamish Parkway SE. The project will include pavement repair, milling, overlay, upgrading curb ramps, utility adjustments, curb and gutter repair, and adjusting eastbound bike lane to improve safety with transit. This project is federally funded through WSDOT (Federal Aid number NHPP-2004(087)). City project number is TR096.
