RFQ #PWE-20250225-TR060 ER-2003(089) - TR060 - Newport Way Landslide (ER-2003(089)) Project

The City of Issaquah Department of Public Works is procuring consultant services to provide construction management, construction engineering, and construction inspection services for the Newport Way Landslide (ER-2003(089)) project. The project agreement will be for the construction phase of the project. Newport Way Landslide Project: This project is located along Newport Way NW between NW Oakcrest Dr and SR 900. The project will include landslide debris removal, grading, and construction of a soldier pile retaining wall. This project is federally funded (Federal Aid number ER-2003(089)). City project number is TR060. The project has federal funding through WSDOT. The project bidding closed on January 16, 2025 and is expected to construct in the Spring/Summer of 2025. -See attached RFQ documents for full details.
