The Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) seeks a qualified engineering firm to develop a comprehensive assessment, recommendations, cost estimates, and engineering plans for upgrades to the current Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 40 American Way, South Dennis, MA. The current footprint of the site is constrained and the CCRTA recognizes that not all facility upgrades may be possible. For that reason, the CCRTA created a prioritized list of core facility upgrades that will be provided and discussed fully with the selected engineering firm upon commencement of the engagement.
