Project Title: RFQ-Progressive Design-Build Services for the Bryant Farms Road Extension Phase II Project (Rea Road to Ardrey Kell Road)
Description: The City of Charlotte is seeking Progressive Design-Build services to design and construct the Bryant Farms Road Extension Phase II Project. This project will extend Bryant Farms Road, approximately 1.2 miles, from Rea Road to Ardrey Kell Road which will include a two-lane road, with center turn lane/median, curb and gutter, 8-foot planting strips and 12-foot multi-use paths for pedestrian and bicycle facilities, streetlights, and landscape buffers in selected areas. The Project will also include a crossing over unnamed stream west of Reavencrest Park Drive and a crossing over Flat Branch creek. A new 36” water main of 6600 feet will be part of the project. In-Person Meeting Location: Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center (CMGC), Room # 280. 600 East 4th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
