| Description: | The City of Charlotte is seeking Progressive Design-Build services to design and construct the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department Animal Care and Control Adoption Facility. The facility will be Owned and operated by Charlotte – Mecklenburg Police Department and will serve residents located in the Mecklenburg County, NC area. The Animal Care and Control Adoption Facility will be a Single story +/- 43,500 sf Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The facility will be located at 5400 S. Tryon St, Charlotte, NC.
