The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking the services of a consultant firm to provide professional transportation planning services for the St. Joseph Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). Submittals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 4:30 P.M. on November 26, 2024.
