RFQ 6212 Professional MEP Engineering Service

The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") from qualified engineering firms to provide Professional Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services (MEP). Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MWBEs) are encouraged to participate.

All Statement of Qualifications must be complete, accurate and in the City-approved format specified herein. Unauthorized modifications of specifications or terms may render the Statement of Qualifications invalid.The Respondent shall submit four (4) copies and one (1) electronic copy on USB drive of their submittal by 2:00 p.m. (CT) on May 28, 2025. The Respondent’s sealed packet along with the required information identified in this RFQ, must be addressed, and delivered to:

City Secretary, City of Portland, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr. Portland, TX 78374

The Respondent’s Statement of Qualifications’ sealed packet must be clearly marked on the outside “RFQ No. 6212 Professional MEP Engineering Services” along with the respondent’s name and address. The Statement of Qualifications must be delivered by no later than 2:00 p.m. local time (CT) on May 28, 2025. Any Statement of Qualifications received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.
