RFQ: Professional Engineering Services for Design and Construction of a Drinking Water System Upgrade Project

This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is being issued by The Water / Sewer Advisory Committee (“the Water Committee”) and the Town of Rensselaerville ("the Town") for Engineering Services. In the fall of 2024, the Town of Rensselaerville was awarded a Base Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) grant award ($1,786,250) and interest-free financing ($765,536) from the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) for DWSRF Project No. 19814. This funding award remains in effect through September 30, 2026, when a Project Finance Agreement (PFA) for DWSRF financing must be executed with EFC. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks an engineer to assist with the execution of the PFA, final design, environmental review, and construction of the DWSRF project.

The Water Committee and the Town of Rensselaerville will accept Statements of Qualifications for implementing and managing the Water System Upgrade Project Design and Construction. The Statement of Qualifications is due by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
