Project Description: CRCOG seeks to develop and implement a training curriculum focused on professional development for its employees. Currently, CRCOG is considering a plan that incorporates approximately one quarterly training session for all staff. The quarterly events could be flexible in the number of hours and distribution, but CRCOG envisions a maxiumum of one day of participation per staff member per quarter. (Note, this oculd mean one full day, or two half days. All staff would not have to participate in the training class at the same time.)
