RFQ 2025-041PR Tennis Instruction and Facility Operations #19196

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Tupelo, Mississippi (hereinafter “the CITY) will receive Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals (“Contractor”) to provide comprehensive tennis instruction and to oversee the daily operations of the tennis facilities located at Rob Leake City Park (“facility”). The selected Contractor will be responsible for managing all instructional programs, selling tennis equipment and merchandise, coordinating facility use, and collecting fees for all services provided through the Facility. Responses shall be received until 5:00 o’clock P.M. local time on December 5, 2025 at the Finance Office, City Hall 1st Floor, 71 East Troy Street, Tupelo, Mississippi, 38804, RFQ No. 2025-041PR.

Submissions should contain on the outside of the sealed envelope the respondent’s name (or company name, if applicable) and be clearly marked:

Submissions must be received no later than 5:00 pm on December 5, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The selection criteria for this award is contained in the full RFQ.

Firms interested in providing these services must submit, as a minimum, those matters and, in the manner, specified by the full RFQ.
